This bundle of 5 cross stitch patterns will allow you to create your own set of Christmas ornaments showcasing a handful of my all-time favourite species of birds. Every design features a bird that overwinters in Canada and each is holding a cute present. Change up your family's advent calendar tradition: spend the days leading up to Christmas stitching your own ornaments!
This is a PDF document and does not include the supplies required to make this project. You will receive 5 PDF digital files which contain:
- A main pattern for each bird including DMC colour names, codes and symbols;
- A black and white pattern with symbols for each bird;
The birds pictured above were stitched on 14 count Aida fabric. The finished size of the designs are all approximately 8 cm X 6 cm, which make them easy to mount into 3" embroidery hoops. They require an intermediate level of knowledge about cross stitching as they are made using basic, three-quarter and back stitches along with French knots for the berries.
The PDF files will be sent to you after the payment has been received. Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds cannot be issued.
