Digital items you've purchased can be viewed and downloaded from your account.
To access digital files from your account:
- Log in and go to Your Account.
- Go to "Purchases ".
- Next to the order, select Download File. The file goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
*You can also return to the item listing page, where you should get an instant download on the item images.*
**PLEASE NOTE: You cannot currently download digital purchases through the app. To download a digital file, log in using a mobile browser or computer.**
If your payment is still processing, the Download File button will be grayed out.
If nothing happens when you click the download links, there may be an issue with your web browser. Disable any non-standard add-ons, such as ad blockers or toolbars, and try again.
